About the Author
Esther Freud is a British writer who was born in London in 1963. She is the daughter of the artist Lucian Freud and the writer and art historian Bernardine Coverley. Freud has written nine novels, including The Sea House (2003),Hideous Kinky (1992),and The Wild (2007). Her work has been translated into more than 20 languages and has won numerous awards.
