Cricut Design Space is a powerful design software that allows you to create and cut custom projects. It is a great tool for beginners and experienced crafters alike. Creating a New Project

The first step to using Design Space is to create a new project. You can do this by clicking on the "New Project" button on the home screen. Once you've created a new project, you will need to choose a template or upload your own design.

Once you've chosen a template, you can start customizing it.

Customizing Your Project

There are a number of ways to customize your project in Design Space. You can add text, images, and shapes. You can also change the colors and sizes of your elements.

To add text to your project, simply click on the "Text" tool in the toolbar. Then, click on your project and start typing.

To add an image to your project, click on the "Image" tool in the toolbar. Then, click on the "Upload" button and select the image file you want to use.

To add a shape to your project, click on the "Shape" tool in the toolbar. Then, click on the shape you want to use and drag it onto your project.

Once you've added all of your elements, you can start customizing them.

Customizing Your Elements

There are a number of ways to customize your elements in Design Space. You can change the color, size, and shape of your elements. You can also add effects, such as shadows and gradients.

To change the color of an element, select the element and then click on the "Color" tab in the toolbar. Then, choose the color you want to use.

To change the size of an element, select the element and then click on the "Size" tab in the toolbar. Then, enter the new size you want to use.

To change the shape of an element, select the element and then click on the "Shape" tab in the toolbar. Then, choose the shape you want to use.

To add an effect to an element, select the element and then click on the "Effects" tab in the toolbar. Then, choose the effect you want to use.

Cutting Your Project

Once you're happy with your design, it's time to cut it out. To do this, click on the "Cut" button in the toolbar. Then, follow the instructions on the screen to cut your project.

Once your project is cut, you can remove it from the mat and start using it.
